TWIN HICKORY
There are so many beautiful changes in this house, we’ll highlight just a few! In the living room, we transformed the big hole in the wall above the fireplace made for a deep television with new shiplap, a chunky mantle, and matte black terracotta bricks. Simple window treatments and hushed new gray paint throughout the house give our client the zen vibes she was after. We painted the oak on the stair risers white, the rail black, got that bitchin’ mirror, and a custom runner in my favorite pattern dubbed “Are Those Animal Spots?”
We painted the kitchen cabinets, installed a quartz countertop to accommodate a new counter-height bar, a new marble backsplash, mercury glass pendants, and some actually comfy and attractive counter chairs.
Oval tulip tables are our love language, especially white ones on vintage rugs with brown wooden chairs, custom window seat cushions, and hand-knotted pendant lights! In the master bedroom, we’re most excited about the custom drapes and matching pillows, and our favorite go-to ceiling fan.
We wallpapered the fresh pink powder room and got a new mirror and vanity light. We love the continuity of the gray and white spots in the rug with the artwork, which ties in with the runner right outside.
And all new furniture to boot! Lucky ladies all around.
