We loved working on this makeover for a calming lake house guest suite. Very subdued and elegant tiled walls and wallpaper in the bathroom pair with the intricate marble floor tile. We added white-painted shiplap to the ceiling with a new fan in the bedroom. We kept the original wood finish on the trim to match the rest of the house, but updated the carpeting and wallpaper. Motorized window treatments, custom-built bedside tables, and sunset pictures from the lake make this guest suite a uniquely dreamy stay.
