how we price our services

We offer two ways to work together, depending on the level of support you’re looking for. Whether you want a full-service design experience or targeted guidance, you can choose the option that best fits your needs, timeline, and budget.

OPTION 1

Comprehensive Design Service

The Comprehensive Design Service is a full-service, project-based approach where we handle every detail of your interior design project—from the big-picture concept to the final selections to finish the installation.
This option is ideal if you:
- Want a cohesive, professionally executed space
- Prefer a clear scope and structured process
- Would like most design decisions handled for you
While each project is tailored, this service typically includes:
- Design concept and overall vision
- Space planning and layout
- Color palettes and material selections
- Furniture, lighting, and décor sourcing
- Detailed design documentation and specifications
- Ongoing communication throughout the project
- Purchasing, tracking, storage, white-glove delivery and installation
Comprehensive Design is priced as a flat project fee, based on the size, scope, and complexity of your space. This allows you to know the cost of your investment upfront and ensures focused attention on your project from beginning to end.
Full project fees are decided along with an itemized budget for individual pieces after the conceptual design phase, which has a separate flat fee based on the type of space and square footage.
To get started with our comprehensive design service, the initial investment will range between 3-6k, depending on the scope and square footage of the project. This initial investment will allow us to develop the flow (furniture layout and scale) and mood (the general design direction) for the entire project. From there, final package pricing will be determined. Ballpark pricing is difficult to know upfront because we work with a wide range of clientele. If you do have a set budget we will help you work within that figure.

OPTION 2

Hourly Design advice & support

Hourly Design Advice & Support is a flexible option for clients who are working on their own projects but want professional input along the way.
This option is ideal if you:
- Need help refining ideas or making decisions
- Want a second opinion before purchasing or committing
- Are working on a smaller scope or specific design challenge
We work together on an as-needed basis. You can use hourly time for:
- Design consultations
- Layout or furniture advice
- Color and material guidance
- Review of plans, selections, or existing designs
- Problem-solving specific design issues
This service is billed hourly, based on the actual time spent. There is no long-term commitment, making it a great option for short-term or targeted support.
We work in 1k upfront retainers. Each retainer will get you either 5 hours with Anna León, Founding Interior Designer, or 10 hours with Arielle Balderama, Lead Interior Designer. You get to choose, or it can be a mix.
